The website https://eurotel.gr/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") belongs to the EUROTEL GROUP, comprising the following companies:EUROTEL HOSPITALITY – Hospitality Management Products and Services S.A. , EUROTEL HOSPITALITY CYPRUS LIMITED , EUROTEL LEADER IT S.A. and EMINENCE HOSPITALITY SINGLE MEMBER S.A. 

The EUROTEL Group operates in the hospitality, wellness, and food service industries, offering a combination of international technological solutions together with outstanding local expertise and personalized support to businesses operating in these sectors.

The company EUROTEL HOSPITALITY – Hospitality Management Products and Services S.A. with distinctive title “ EUROTEL HOSPITALITY SA” (hereinafter the "Company"), operating in Greece and having its registered office at 11 Velestinou Street, Neo Heraklio, Attikis, Greece, VAT No. 999400179, GEMI Registration No. 005581901000, and in Cyprus under the name EUROTEL HOSPITALITY CYPRUS LIMITED, having its registered office at 67 Limassol Avenue (VISION TOWER, Floor 4, 2121 Aglantzia), Nicosia, Cyprus, Registration No. HE 144287 and Tax Identification No. 12144287R, operates and administers the Website https://eurotel.gr/ under the terms and conditions set out below, for the purpose of providing information to users regarding the products and services offered by the Group companies and, where applicable, by third parties.

More specifically, users may browse the Website to become acquainted with the products and services offered throughout the Group via the available hyperlinks. Through the Website, users may also, express their interest in the Company's products and services by completing the relevant contact form, subscribe to the Company's newsletter, submit an expression of interest for available job vacancies; and access the ticketing system by completing the relevant online form. 

Furthermore, this Website provides users, through hyperlinks, with access to the websites https://leaderit.gr/ and https://www.eminence-hospitality.com/, which are operated and managed respectively by the other two companies of our Group, EUROTEL LEADER IT S.A. and EMINENCE HOSPITALITY SINGLE MEMBER S.A. Each of these websites is governed by its own specific Terms and Conditions of Use, which users are required to read carefully and understand before using them.

(a) browse the Website and the websites of the Group companies accessible through the hyperlinks provided, in order to obtain information regarding the functions, features, applications, products, and services offered by the Group companies or by third parties who have authorized the display of their products on the Website;

(b) subscribe to the Company's newsletter by completing the required contact information in the relevant subscription form. The newsletter is intended to inform subscribed users about the Company's new products and services

Users may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time either by selecting the "unsubscribe" option included in the newsletter or by sending an email to dataprotection@eurotel.gr, expressly stating their wish to unsubscribe and discontinue receiving newsletters from the Company. The Company shall comply promptly with such request.

(c) express their interest in purchasing products presented on the Website by completing the relevant contact form;

(d) express their interest in current and/or future employment opportunities;

(e) obtain access to the ticketing system by completing the relevant online form.

The Company collects and processes the personal data provided by users through the forms referred to in Sections 3(b), 3(c), and 3(d) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019, in the manner and for the purposes described in Section 4 below.

Any sections of the Website or services which, by law, are intended exclusively for adults may not be used by minors. The Company shall bear no responsibility if minors, of their own initiative, access such pages or use services that may be considered inappropriate for them.

4.1 Categories of Personal Data and Method of Collection

The Company processes users' personal data in a fair, transparent, and lawful manner, exclusively for the specific purposes set out in these Terms.
