Role Summary
The ideal candidate will manage and maintain Group IT infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of all IT systems and providing technical support to staff. This role demands expertise in network management, SaaS administration, and cybersecurity. The IT Administrator will refer to the IT Manager and collaborate closely with other departments to meet all IT needs and ensure the efficient and effective use of the company’s technology resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the Group's IT infrastructure (local and Azure).
• Implement and manage security measures to protect IT systems.
• Install and configure software and hardware.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Maintain and update IT documentation and procedures.
• Manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of IT equipment.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Maintaining Microsoft Partnership via annual exams and certifications.
Key Requirements
• Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Proficiency in managing Windows 10, Windows Server operating systems and as Azure administrator.
• Strong knowledge of network management.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive approach to IT administration and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
