Theodoros Karatzas has also served as Vice President and CEO of Delta Hospitality Solutions (later Singular Hospitality Solutions). 

Manolis Papadakis has previously served as general manager of hotel groups in Greece and abroad with over 30 years of experience. He holds a BA in tourism management from the University of West Attica, with postgraduate studies in Ecole de Lausanne, Switzerland and Cornell University, NY USA.

He is a visionary leader with operational oversight for both large and small public and privately held organizations. He previously had pivotal roles in sales management and administration in large companies. His long-standing expertise in the field guarantees a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in IT and business solutions overall.

Joseph Rosa General Manager of Eurotel Hospitality Cyprus. Graduated from Inter College Cyprus completing his studies in Hotel and Management. In 2000 after a 16-years career in various management positions in the Hotel Industry, Joseph Rosa joined Eurotel Cyprus. Skilled in Hotel operations and procedures, highly experienced in Team coaching, Troubleshooting and with excellent knowledge of Database reporting and development tools Joseph Rosa led Eurotel Hospitality Cyprus in one of the leading companies, offering a variety of products and services to the Hospitality Industry.

Akis Moutselos our Chief Operating Officer has extensive experience in technical management, excellent knowledge of Oracle Hospitality Products with 24 years’ experience in technical field and 14 years in managerial level. He is a certified Oracle Hospitality engineer with proven knowledge of high end technology systems. Focused to success with advanced team leader skills and strong ability to solve issues effectively.

Stefanos Samouchos is an experienced sales executive in large and well-known chains of companies in the market for the last 25 years. As the Sales Director of Eurotel Hospitality, he is seeking company’s growth and the upward trend of sales, always guided by its values and with respect to the customer. Dimitris Tsalapatis as the Chief Technology Officer at EUROTEL Group, oversees the strategic direction and execution of all software development and IT operations. Leveraged 9.5+ years of experience as a Software Development Manager at EUROTEL Hospitality S.A., a subsidiary of EUROTEL Group, where he led a team of software engineers who designed, developed, and maintained software solutions for the hospitality industry. Antonis Konstantopoulos has over 26 years of experience in the field of finance and the entire spectrum of accounting and tax law in large companies. In 2015, he joined EUROTEL Group as Director of Financial Services with the aim of developing and implementing the Group's financial policies and procedures.

Fay Karitzi is serving the Eurotel Group for over 30 years, working in various departments of the group, experiencing the variety of products and services offered and supported. Liaising with partners, customers, and suppliers of the Group Companies she acquired a deep knowledge and understanding of the business while enabled to offer her support in the best possible way.Having the responsibility of International Accounts and Corporate Relations, maintains and develops relationships and strategies with group’s international vendors and partners. 

Aslanidis Lazaros Hotel Dept. Team Leader at Eurotel Hospitality S.A.: An experienced Consultant, Installer and Trainer of Oracle Hotel products, working in tourism industry since 1998 and in Eurotel Hospitality S.A. since 2004.Skilled in Project Management, Team coaching, troubleshooting, SQL, and Crystal Report builder. Graduated from O.T.E.K. (Organization of Tourism Education and Training).

Antonis Tzitzibasis brings a robust skill set and a proven track record of success to the table with over a decade of experience in IT management and team leadership. Having served as an IT Manager for a company with 200 employees and currently as a Team Leader at Eurotel Hospitality since 2006, Antonis has consistently driven technological innovation and operational excellence. As a Microsoft Certified Professional and CCNA-certified professional, he possess a strong foundation in IT and networking. His expertise extends to Oracle Food and Beverage products, including HMS 9700, RES 3700, and SIMPHONY, where he has demonstrated proficiency in implementation, customization, and training. In his role at Eurotel, he wear multiple hats as the project manager for installations, overseeing seamless deployments and conducting comprehensive training sessions on our suite of Oracle products. His proactive approach to problem-solving and dedication to continuous improvement have been instrumental in driving efficiency and enhancing guest experiences within the hospitality industry. Additionally, he collaborates closely with the development team to conceptualize and implement new software solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technological advancements.

Tassos Katsilianos, a results-oriented Product Manager with over 20 years in the security industry, specializes in hospitality and building automation systems. Throughout his career, he has a proven track record of delivering complex projects, streamlining processes, and nurturing strong customer relationships.
